What to tell us in the first message

So that the first reply is useful and not a request for more details, it helps a lot to include three things:

  • Your current situation: nationality, how long you have been in Spain and which document you hold now, even if it has expired.
  • What you want to achieve: renew, regularise, register a car, register as self-employed, buy a home.
  • Whether a date is running: a card about to expire, a request with a deadline, a planned signing at the notary. That changes the order of everything else.

With that we can usually say in the first message which route applies and which documents to start requesting, which are almost always the slowest: criminal records from the country of origin and certificates that need an apostille.

Write to us from here

If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, tell us about your case in this form. The enquiry goes straight into our management system and we usually reply the same working day.

You do not need to come

Most of our clients settle everything remotely. There are two mechanisms and both are legal and common:

The exception is strictly personal acts: the identity check to obtain the digital certificate, fingerprinting for the TIE and the citizenship oath. Those must be done in person.

Before writing, the guide may help

If your question is about procedure and not about your specific case, it is probably answered in the guide index, with the law linked and at no cost. The most read are appointments by office, digital certificate, NIE and checking an immigration file.
