Translation for information. This page is a translation of the Spanish original. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Elena Alonso Volostnova, registered gestora administrativa at ICGA Valencia, with professional address at Calle Jerónimo Muñoz, 23, bajo, 46007 València, phone +34 614 18 50 22 and email available on the contact page. Tax number (NIF): pending completion.
2. What data is processed and where it comes from
- Data you give us when contacting us: name, phone, email and the information you choose to include in your message by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Data needed to provide the service, when you engage us: identification, contact and document data (passport, NIE, TIE, certificates) and, depending on the procedure, financial, employment, family or academic data.
- Browsing data: aggregate visit statistics. Part is measured with a cookieless system, which does not identify individuals or allow you to be followed between sites. Another part is measured with Yandex Metrica, which sets cookies, is activated on entering and processes data in Russia. You can reject it at any time. Google Analytics 4 is also used; it sets cookies and may process data in the United States, and the same rejection turns it off.
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or build profiles for marketing purposes. The only third-party cookies are the analytics ones, which are activated on entering and which you can reject with one click. Full details, with names, durations and owners, are in the cookie policy, from where you can also withdraw consent at any time.
International transfers
While analytics is active, technical browsing data is transferred to Yandex and processed in Russia, a country that has no European Commission adequacy decision. If you reject analytics from the notice or the footer link, this transfer stops. Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which does have an adequacy decision; the same rejection turns it off. Apart from this case, no personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
3. What it is processed for and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and assessing your case | Pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, art. 6.1.b) GDPR |
| Providing the professional service engaged and representing you before the administration | Performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b) GDPR |
| Complying with legal obligations: tax, accounting, professional association and anti-money-laundering obligations where applicable | Legal obligation, art. 6.1.c) GDPR |
| Measuring use of the site in aggregate to improve it | Legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f) GDPR, for cookieless analytics without identification of individuals. Yandex Metrica cookie analytics works on an opt-out basis, described in the cookie policy |
When the procedure requires processing special categories of data, such as health data in a permit on humanitarian grounds, the basis is art. 9.2.f) GDPR, establishment or defence of legal claims, and always with your knowledge.
4. How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for the time needed to deal with them and, at most, one year. Client files are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legal limitation periods applicable to tax, accounting and professional liabilities. Once those periods have passed, the data is erased or anonymised.
5. Who receives your data
Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. The recipients are only those necessary to provide the service:
- Public administrations before which each procedure is filed: immigration offices, the Directorate-General for Traffic, the Tax Agency, Social Security, civil and land registries, town councils and consulates. This disclosure is inherent in the engagement.
- Technology providers acting as processors: the site's hosting and content delivery provider, and the analytics providers.
- Messaging services you choose to communicate with, such as WhatsApp or Telegram, with their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
- Notaries, sworn translators and professional collaborators, only when the procedure requires it and limited to what is essential.
The only international transfer without an adequacy decision is that of Yandex Metrica analytics, explained in section 2. The other providers process data in the European Economic Area or under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
