What I write
The guides in the procedure index: appointments by office, the digital certificate from start to finish, NIE and TIE, file tracking, taxes and the immigration and vehicle service pages. In Spanish, and the translations into English, Russian and Ukrainian when the cluster is ready.
How I write it
The method is always the same and is described in detail in the editorial policy:
- We start from the consolidated text of the law in the BOE, not from what other sites say. Each page links the acts behind it in the «Legal basis» block.
- The real procedure is checked in the electronic office of the competent body, and that office is linked under «Official sources».
- Fee amounts and decision times are not fixed with our own figures: they are updated by ministerial order and an expired figure does more harm than no figure. Instead we link the source where the data is always current.
- When a law changes, the guide is reviewed and the date at the foot is updated. Pages always show the last review date.
Who reviews
No guide is published without review by Elena Alonso Volostnova, registered gestora administrativa at ICGA Valencia, who contributes what a text cannot: what the counter really asks for, which document is always missing and which mistake sinks the file. Her name appears as reviewer at the foot of each page and in the site's structured data.
What we are not
These guides are general information. They are not legal advice on your case, they do not replace the analysis of a specific file and reading them creates no professional relationship. When a matter has particular features, and almost all do, the right answer changes.
If you find an error, outdated data or a broken link, write to us: it is corrected and recorded in the review date. It is the fastest way to improve the site.
Do you have a specific question about your case?
The guides are general information. For your file, the first consultation with the gestora is free.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes the guides on this site?
Irina Klein writes the texts and Elena Alonso Volostnova, registered gestora administrativa at ICGA Valencia, reviews them before publication. Both names appear at the foot of each guide.
Why are fee amounts not shown?
Because they are set by ministerial order and updated periodically. Instead of writing a figure that expires, we link the current resolution in the BOE and the electronic office of the body.
How often are the guides reviewed?
When the law behind them changes or when the body modifies its electronic procedure. Each page shows its last review date at the foot.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is general information for guidance and does not replace a professional's analysis of a specific case.
