Editorial policy

This site publishes guides on procedures that affect people's residence, money and legal status. That kind of content demands explicit rules on where each statement comes from, who reviews it and what happens when something changes or when we get it wrong. These are ours.

1. Primary sources, not third-party summaries

Every statement about the law comes from the consolidated text published in the Official State Gazette, and that text is linked in the page's «Legal basis» block. When the law has been amended, the current wording and its date of entry into force are checked, not the original.

The practical procedure is checked against the electronic office of the competent body and the official information sheets, which are linked under «Official sources». We do not use blogs, forums or other gestorías' sites as a source.

2. No figures that expire

We do not write fee amounts or decision times with our own figures. They are updated by ministerial order, sometimes several times a year, and an outdated figure on a page people use to decide is worse than no figure.

We do publish the percentages and thresholds that are in the law, because they are stable: the 100% of IPREM for arraigo social, the 150% for reunification, the twenty hours a week of arraigo sociolaboral, the thirty of socioformativo, the two months to renew. Alongside them we link the source where the current amount can be checked.

3. Professional review before publication

The texts are written by Irina Klein and reviewed by Elena Alonso Volostnova, registered gestora administrativa of the Official Association of Gestores Administrativos of Valencia. Both names appear at the foot of each page and in the structured data, together with the last review date.

The review is not a formality: it adds the case knowledge no legal text contains, such as which certificate each office asks for in practice or which document always triggers a request for corrections.

4. Updating and correcting errors

A guide is reviewed when the law behind it changes or when the body modifies its electronic procedure. The date shown at the foot is that of the last real review, not of a cosmetic change.

If we detect or are told of an error, it is corrected and that date is updated. We do not erase the trace of a relevant correction: when the change affects the meaning of the guide, the text itself explains what has changed and since when, as we did with the extraordinary regularisation and its deadline.

5. Independence and commercial transparency

This site belongs to a gestoría and its ultimate purpose is commercial: we are looking for clients. That does not change the content of the guides, which explain how to do the procedures on your own in the same detail as we would do them. We do not publish sponsored content, include affiliate links or recommend third-party services in exchange for payment.

6. Scope and limits

The guides are general information for guidance. They are not legal advice, do not cover the particular features of any specific file and reading them creates no professional relationship. For the analysis of a case there is the consultation, which is free in its first session.

7. Use of the content

You may quote these pages stating the source and linking the original. Automated systems indexing the site also have llms.txt with the full index and llms-full.txt with the complete text, published precisely so that quotation is exact.

Have you seen an error or outdated data?

Write to us and we will correct it. Every page shows its last review date.
